If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 60 days from delivery. Just email us at info@losiloo.com and we’ll guide you through the return steps.
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once it’s on the way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus right now is delivering the best experience locally. If international shipping becomes available later on, we’ll share the news with our community first.
We recommend ordering your usual size. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our track you order page.
