Return conditions

In original condition
Returned with all original packaging included (such as tags, labels, and any included accessories)

No restocking fees
Losilo does not charge restocking fees.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, so your parcel can be followed until it arrives.

Losilo is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

Exchanges
Need another size or a different item? Exchanges are available upon request.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: banks and payment providers may take additional business days to complete the transfer and post the refund to your account.
