Refund policy

At Losiloo, we want you to feel confident every time you place an order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear and customer-friendly return process.

Return window
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging included (such as tags, labels, and any included accessories)

We may not be able to accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alterations.

No restocking fees
Losiloo does not charge restocking fees.

How to start a return
To request a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the next steps.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, so your parcel can be followed until it arrives.

Losiloo is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

Exchanges
Need another size or a different item? Exchanges are available upon request.
Please contact us at info@losiloo.com with your order number, and we’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note: banks and payment providers may take additional business days to complete the transfer and post the refund to your account.
